Yes, all Keychron keyboards are designed with cross-system compatibility. They include a dedicated toggle switch to swap between macOS and Windows layouts, and we provide extra keycaps for both systems in the box.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in original, unopened packaging. If the product is defective, please contact our support team within 12 months for warranty claims and hardware assistance.
How do I know if a keyboard is hot-swappable?
A keyboard is hot-swappable if the product title or specifications list it as 'Hot-swappable'. This allows you to change switches without soldering. Please check the specific version before purchasing.
